Travelling is my passion and became, by choice, my profession. For over twenty years of my work, I have come to know almost all aspects of tourism.
Polish Philology and Theatre Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow gave me the substantial knowledge about culture and art as well as the skills to communicate effectively with people. Postgraduate Public Relation Studies at the Cracow University of Economics and Business Leader Studies at the Tischner European University in Cracow allowed me a better understanding of the importance of incentive as a marketing tool.
I have gained most knowledge about the industry when working as a coordinator, a project and operation manager and a tour guide for many Polish incentive travel organizers, often taking care of the projects from the moment of signing the contract, through the implementation of the travel, up to final settlement. I also managed my own DMC and I was an active member of MPI Poland chapter as the vice president of communications few years ago. Now I am a member of Board of Director of SITE Poland.
I have come to discover from business and personal perspective most of the European countries as well as countries of South America, Asia, North America and New Zealand. My experience has given me the knowledge of the advantages of foreign destinations, the Polish customers needs and the requirements of tour operators. Therefore, I have decided to use my knowledge, experience and contacts to create MICEadvice.
